قوانین و مقررات عمومی اپلیکیشن طبیب جو (سیاست حفظ حریم خصوصی)

۱- کاربران می بایست در اطلاعاتی که در اختیار اپلیکیشن و مشاور و پزشک در طبیب جو قرار می دهند نهایت صداقت را داشته باشند. طبیب جو از اطلاعات کاربران به صورت کاملاً محرمانه نزد خود نگهداری می کند و هرگز بدون اجازه خود کاربر از آن استفاده نمی کند با این حال اطلاعات محرمانه بیمار اعم از نام، تصاویر و اطلاعات تماس به مشاوران و پزشکانی که در ارائه مشاوره به وی دخیل هستند و یا مراجع و افراد دارنده حکم قضائی نمایش داده می شود .
۲- کاربران باید توجه داشته باشند هرگونه توصیه و مشاوره ارایه شده توسط مشاوران و پزشکان فقط مختص شخصی است که در خواست مشاوره داشته و با توجه به تفاوت شرایط هر شخص نسبت به شخص دیگر، کاربران باید از عمل به مشاوره و توصیه ارایه شده به شخص دیگر خودداری نمایند.

۴- هرگونه اطلاعات قابل مشاهده در طبیب جو اعم از مطلب یا پرسش و پاسخ بین پزشک و بیمار، صرفاً کاربرد اطلاع رسانی دارد و نباید به هیچ وجه جایگزین مراجعه حضوری نزد مشاور و یا برای خود درمانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
۵- کاربران هنگام طرح سوال می‌توانند وضعیت نمایش عمومی یا غیر عمومی سوال و تصاویر ضمیمه شده به آن را در طبیب جو تعیین نمایند. کاربران باید در انتخاب این گزینه دقت لازم را داشته باشند در غیر این صورت مسئولیت اشتباه در تعیین وضعیت و تبعات احتمالی آن بر عهده خود کاربر است.
۶- استفاده از تصاویر مربوط به پزشکان به عنوان تصویر کاربر ممنوع می باشد و موجب لغو عضویت کاربر می گردد.
